This is a commercial book intended for sighted kids, and there are differences of opinion on whether the liquid-process braille is tactile enough to actually be read by finger. Regardless, I think the tactile pictures (liquid-process again) are absolutely amazing. Some blind readers have told me that they need explanations from sighted people about the exact contents of the pictures and what they mean.
